- The X, Y, and Z axes move along the truss-frame structure, with the Y-axis driven by dual motors and the X and Z axes powered by high-torque, high-inertia motors. This configuration ensures transmission accuracy and high processing efficiency.
- The welded frame undergoes annealing treatment followed by precision machining to guarantee accuracy and long-term stability.

Adaptive Automatic Clamping Chuck
- The feeding device is equipped with an automatic clamping chuck that, once the H-beam is in position, automatically adjusts its height according to different beam specifications to secure the material firmly. The cross conveyor transfers the H-beam to the longitudinal conveyor, where the feeding device clamps it tightly,ensuring high-precision movement along the longitudinal path.

Variable Telescopic Channel
- The profile steel cutting unit is equipped with telescopic conveyors on both sides.
- The minimum automatic outfeed length is 500 mm, which reduces material waste.

Professional Intelligent System
The intelligent cutting system is equipped with RTCP functionality and a professional H-beam nesting software, compatible with Tekla, SW, CAD, and other 3D file formats. It also comes with a comprehensive H-beam process database covering R-corners, bevels, flanges, webs, and other processing requirements.
