FIN has successfully installed and commissioned its FT-7050DT 3-chuck side-mounted tube laser cutting machine at a European customer’s factory. The customized system is equipped with a 12kW fiber laser, capable of processing tubes up to 7 meters long with a maximum diameter of 500mm, meeting the needs of heavy-duty and large-scale tube cutting.

The FT-7050DT adopts an innovative side-mounted 3-chuck design, which reduces floor space and prevents damage from heavy tube loading, ensuring long-term stability and durability. The machine is also equipped with an automatic loading system, supporting not only round and square tubes but also channel steel, angle steel, and H-beams.

To maximize efficiency, the machine integrates TubesT professional nesting software, offering intelligent functions such as common-line nesting, weld compensation, batch file import, and 3D part design. This enables optimized material utilization, faster cutting paths, and lower production costs.
